In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. “Refund & Cancellation Timeline”

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted within 5-7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the member.
  • No refund shall be applicable once the amount is adjusted against loan installment or deposit account.

Requests received later than 5-7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be
treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
